Without knowing what is defeat for more than two years, Gustavo "Ximu" made a 15-minute striking battle against the American Ricco Washington, athlete from the new team of Sergio Cunha. Much better on his feet, the Brazilian came close to knocking Ricco out in the last round, after applying a shot kick to Ricco´s belly, who still had to survive a few hits standing and on the ground, being saved by the bell. In the decision, Ximu got the victory.
